Do I have to refrigerate your sea moss gel? And what's the shelf life?
Yes, sea moss gel needs to be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. To keep your gel as fresh as possible refrigerate after each use and make sure the lid is closed tightly. Your sea moss gel has a fridge life of 2 -3 weeks.
How much sea moss gel should I take?
Take 1 - 3 tablespoons daily by adding it your favorite foods and drinks.
