Sea moss gel is virtually tasteless! It will have a slight ocean smell but it will assume the taste of anything it's added to. This makes it a very versatile
ingredient that can be added to pretty much anything.
Add 1 - 3 Tablespoons To:
- Smoothies
- Tea
- Protein Shakes
- Ice Cream
- Soups
- Stews
- Salad dressing
- Homemade nut/seed milk
- Nut cheese
- Raw desserts
- Chocolate
- Oatmeal
- Acai Bowls
Or you can just consume as is and take 1 - 3 tablespoons daily by mouth.
Using On The Face & Skin:
- Face
- Clean and wash your face first.
- Apply sea moss gel evenly to your face
- Let it sit on your face until your face tightens ( can take 10 - 20 minutes )
- Rinse completely off and apply your moisturizer
- Skin
- Clean and wash area first
- Apply sea moss gel topically to any area of the skin
- Let it sit for 10 - 20 minutes
- Rinse completely off
